Join a new highly motivated management team in Nutramino focused on transition as we pivot from being a primarily gym focused performance nutrition brand to a lifestyle brand taking on the established players in the fast moving grocery and convenience channels in key strategic markets in Europe.

We are looking for a commercially savvy Commercial Director for Nutramino Sweden who is passionate about the sports nutrition and lifestyle industry with the necessary experience and a proven track record of business building in the Grocery and Convenience sectors. The Commercial Director would be responsible for Nutramino Sweden developing and delivering a winning business strategy with the team which will enable the Swedish business to achieve sustained growth in this region. 



Principal Accountabilities

  • As the Commercial Director for Sweden the main focus will be to develop and implement a winning commercial strategy to enable achievement of growth ambition across Sweden in the grocery and convenience channels.
  • Design the optimum in-market organisation structure as well as effectively leverage the centralised support to enable delivery of in country strategy.
  • Lead and develop the in-market Commercial teams and drive a high performing team culture
  • Establish and implement the most effective Route to Market to maximise potential whilst minimising costs across all channels and geographies in Sweden (direct accounts, direct to consumer, distributors, field sales and sales operations)
  • Work with Marketing to gather and gain  category and customer insights for Sweden and the industry so as to drive penetration
  • Own the Grocery & Convenience P&L, managing to agreed Sales targets, GM and Operating Profit targets
  • Oversee the development of Joint Business Plans with all direct customers ensuring regular reviews
  • Develop pricing strategy in line with Regional commercial guidelines to maximise sales potential and customer support
  • Collaborate with brand and customer marketing teams to devise and implement winning market / channel / customer strategies
  • Identify new market opportunities and distribution partnerships, develop robust business proposals to support buy in from key stakeholders and negotiate contracts with a view to developing long term relationships.

Skills, Know How and experience

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in  commercial or relevant functional roles
  • Passion for sports nutrition and/or lifestyle industry.
  • Clear strategic thinker with strong customer relationship management skills
  • Direct people management and P&L experience.
  • Broad channel understanding including experience across Grocery, Convenience Distribution and E-Commerce Channels in the Swedish market.
  • Marketplace mapping and channel/account segmentation experience.
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a growth business
  • Excellent leadership skills and proven experience of building and developing a high performing teams.
  • Category management, customer insights and sales analytics experience.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and ambitious.
  • High energy, high creativity with ability to work through the basics too.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish – other languages advantageous.

Location – Stockholm, Sweden

Candidate will need to be prepared for regular travel to across the markets
