What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary representative of GPN Americas, engaging with top-level customer organizations to align goals.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture, advocating for customer needs and driving accountability across the company.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
  • Inspire a customer-first vision to enhance competitive advantage and optimize customer experience.
  • Drive channel-wide strategies to foster profitable customer behavior and sustainable competitive advantages.
  • Oversee the achievement of sales targets and direct customer development and planning efforts.
  • Review business performance regularly, identifying risks and opportunities to drive constructive progress.
  • Lead initiatives in relevant categories by leveraging consumer and shopper insights to influence retail strategies.
  • Establish disciplined trade management practices to ensure compliance, efficiency, and timely execution of customer-facing activities.
  • Influence agreement across various departments (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to enhance customer value and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Coach and mentor team members to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders, ensuring sustained growth and innovation within the organization.

  

The Skills You Will Bring to the Team

  • 10-15 years in sales with a proven ability to build and manage large teams.
  • Ability to balance short- and long-term goals while recognizing patterns and trends for informed decision-making.
  • A proactive leader focused on personal and organizational improvement with an owner’s mindset.
  • Established connections with major retailers and broker partners, particularly in the Club channel.
  • Experience working effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Analytics, and Trade Development.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through significant changes while achieving business results.
  • Strong capability to provide in-depth customer insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
