Key Responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth and margin improvement aligning with business goals.
- Build effective networks of generating new leads, identify and develop new opportunities.
- Maintain effective communication and good relationship with existing customers, and re-develop them deeply.
- Management of distributors. Make service distribution business development plan, inspect the goods transport temperature and quality. Especially for the cream tea and bakery channel.
- Independently or work together with technical functions in Shanghai or HQ in Ireland.
- Analyse customer decision-making system, build effective communication and good relationship with key roles in all levels.
- Organize technical meetings with customers, coordinate product test, conduct business negotiation and project bidding.
- Insight into industry trends, collect competition intelligence, and feedback market suggestions to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Perceptive sense for market, could keenly capture market potential opportunities and deeply analyse customer pain points and competition situation, then could develop customized solutions and competition strategy based on it. Strategic thinking and priority setting
- Excellent ability in building constructive relationships with customers in all levels, include the ability to conduct in-depth business communication with the middle-level managers of customers and conduct business dialogue with the top management of customers.
- Excellent skillset in business negotiation and internal resource coordination. A good presenter and also a good listener. Clear thinking, concise expressing, could directly hit customer concerns.
- Talented personal core qualities, self-driving, self-learning, goal-oriented and be willing to make extreme efforts to achieve goals.
