The Opportunity  

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact? As our Talent & OD Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization. Partnering directly with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and working closely with our Talent Center of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams, you'll be at the forefront of driving our talent strategy forward.  

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the creation of a comprehensive Talent Strategy aligned with strategic goals. 

  • Support implementation of the BU Talent & Succession Planning (T&SP) Process in collaboration with key stakeholders. 

  • Create development plans for high-potential leaders and succession candidates identified. 

  • Consolidate and evaluate inputs from processes to identify themes and provide actionable recommendations. 

  • Manage talent dashboard, analyze talent trends, and make expert recommendations for improvement. 

  • Support CPO and ELT in monthly talent discussions based on talent trends and development plans. 

  • Regularly review talent and monitor progress against development plans, ensuring on-time completion. 

  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable, impactful organizational change. 

  • Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing learning and capability solutions aligned with enterprise strategies. 

 

  The Skills You Will Bring to the Team 

  • Prior experience supporting the execution of talent strategies that deliver business impact. 

  • Strong knowledge of talent strategies and interventions that drive business impact. 

  • Understanding of operating models, org design principles, and strategic workforce planning. 

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders around talent priorities resulting in business impact. 

  • Experience in talent development and/or training, with a focus on designing engaging learning experiences. 

  • Proficiency in talent, learning, and engagement tools and platforms. 

  • Proven record of designing and implementing culture and engagement strategies in a global company.
