Job Title: Treasury & Sales Analyst

Candidate is preferable from Pharmaceutical / Nutraceutical industry, having transactional knowledge in SAP B1.

 

Role & Responsibility    

  • Manage bank reconciliations, treasury controls, bank account governance, user access reviews, and month-end balance confirmations to ensure accurate cash records.
  • Execute vendor and statutory payments, maintain banking master data, and support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Administer debt, loan, and foreign exchange activities, including funding, repayments, covenant monitoring, and hedging compliance.
  • Coordinate insurance policy renewals, maintain coverage records, and ensure timely premium payments and audit readiness.
  • Maintain customer master data, KYC documentation, pricing structures, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
  • Oversee accounts receivable processes, including cash application, collections, customer account management, reconciliations, credit control, and month-end close activities.
  • Prepare sales, margin, collections, and ageing reports while providing business insights, strengthening controls, and driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
