 The Opportunity

 

The role will manage D2C fulfillment operations for META markets, with a strong focus on GCC D2C execution, customer service support, B2B order follow-up, planning coordination, Excel-based templates, and data management.

 

This is a hands-on execution role. The candidate must be strong in daily follow-up, order tracking, customer communication, warehouse/3PL coordination, Excel reporting, template management and data accuracy.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

1. D2C Fulfillment Operations

  • Manage daily D2C order flow from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, 3PL, courier and last-mile partners.
  • Track pending orders, delivery delays, missed pickups, returns and RTO.
  • Support UAE D2C operations, including coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain dispatch, delivery, exception and return trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of delivery-related customer issues.

 

2. Customer Service and B2B Order Support

  • Support customer service activities for D2C and B2B channels.
  • Track B2B orders from receipt to dispatch and delivery confirmation.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Planning, Warehouse and Logistics teams.
  • Communicate order status, delays, stock issues and recovery actions.
  • Support resolution of invoice, delivery, stock and complaint-related issues.

 

3. Planning Coordination

  • Work with Planning team on stock availability, allocation inputs and order prioritization.
  • Maintain SKU-level readiness and availability trackers.
  • Highlight stock gaps, pending orders and fulfillment risks.
  • Support demand / stock templates required for D2C and B2B operations.

 

4. Excel, Templates and Data Management

  • Own and maintain daily/weekly order fulfillment templates.
  • Manage data curation from SAP/ERP, OMS, WMS, 3PL portals and manual trackers.
  • Prepare MIS reports for order status, TAT, OTIF, returns, complaints and pending orders.
  • Ensure data accuracy, standard format and timely sharing with stakeholders.
  • Build simple dashboards / trackers in Excel.

 

 

Professional Experience

  • 4–7 years of experience in D2C / e-commerce operations, customer service, order management, logistics or fulfillment.
  • Experience in D2C fulfillment is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to B2B order management / distributor order follow-up will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with warehouse, 3PL, courier or last-mile partners.
  • Basic planning / inventory coordination knowledge.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills are mandatory.
  • Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple templates and data points.
  • Ability to handle complex market operations like UAE D2C.
