The Opportunity:

The Manufacturing Training Associate is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs. Responsibilities will also include the oversight of the training programs inclusive of testing of participants, gauging the effectiveness of the programs through objective measurements, providing feedback to upper management on training effectiveness, and ensuring the integrity of the training records for all employees.  

Every day, you can expect to:

• Development and maintenance of the manufacturing Training programs.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure Training programs meet the needs of all Manufacturing/Warehouse employees.
• Develop an assessment tool to objectively measure training effectiveness.
• Maintain training matrix (tracker) for all employees.
• Maximize overall training effectiveness while striving for world class standards.         
• Design, develop, and standardize training materials.     
• Attend meetings to monitor issues and new projects that involve training.        
• Maintain training matrix (tracker) for all employees.      
• Implement cross training program and criteria    
• Review and manage of SOP’s, forms and training and updates.         
• Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.        
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.     
• Research and recommend new training methods.       

To thrive in this role, you must have:

• Two to five years of related training experience
• Strong data gathering and analysis
• Ability to effectively interact with vendors, consultants, and regulatory agencies as an agent of the Company.
• Experience developing training materials for a large and diverse audience.
• A High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft Suite Experience particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:

• Training experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Education or Communications
• TWI Certified
• Knowledge of Alchemy & Adobe software
• Ability to operate media equipment including video production, editing, and voiceover production

Hourly Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour.
