Principal Accountabilities
A. Local Brand Strategy & Planning
• Develop annual HK/TW brand plans with clear brand & business objectives.
• Generate insight‑driven local strategies ensuring premium justification.
B. Integrated Communications & Localization
• Lead end‑to‑end integrated campaigns across all relevant HK/TW media & social channels.
• Create and maintain a Local Playbook including tone, messaging and asset adaptations.
C. Channel Activation with Sales
• Build quarterly activation calendars with HK/TW Sales.
• Lead joint business reviews with Sales to align priorities and KPIs.
D. Media & Performance Marketing Literacy
• Understand HK/TW media mix including IG, YouTube, LINE, creators, and retail media networks.
• Use key performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI) to guide decisions.
E. NPD Launch & Asset Management
• Lead HK/TW NPD readiness and local asset governance.
F. Project Leadership
• Act as final assembler and manage contractor Jane Tsai and agencies for delivery.
G. Measurement & Learning
• Create a monthly KPI dashboard and quarterly learning loops.

• Managing long‑term brand equity with short‑term commercial pressure.
• Improved brand metrics and premium cues.
• Sell‑out uplift via co‑owned activation plan with Sales.
• On‑time campaign/NPD execution with measurable outcomes.
Skills, Know‑How & Experience
• 5–8 years in brand/consumer marketing including market ownership.
• TW / HK market experience; Taiwan required for previous role base.
• Strong brand strategy & localization capability.
• Media literacy across HK/TW ecosystems including creators (META / Facebook) & RMNs (Momo / Shopee / Coupang).
• Performance marketing fluency (CTR, CVR, ROI, traffic structure).
• Peer‑level influence with Sales; strong stakeholder alignment.
• Project leadership including contractor/agency management.
• Travel required across HK/TW for activation – 25% of the time
