Glanbia is seeking Commercial Interns to join our 12-week summer internship program. As a key contributor to the Marketing & Sales Teams, you will support the commercial organization, strengthen your analytical, presentation, storytelling, and influencing skills, and gain hands-on experience working across the business. You will own a meaningful summer project—from development through presentation to the broader organization—while contributing to day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You Will Do

• Own a marketing- or sales-related project that addresses a relevant business challenge, shaping and developing the work before presenting your findings and recommendations to the broader organization
• Support a variety of priorities within your function and contribute to the day-to-day work of the commercial organization
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, actions, and recommendations
• Collaborate with brand, sales, innovation, finance, and other cross-functional teams to build a holistic understanding of Glanbia’s business and culture
• Learn how brand and product strategies are developed and executed for specific consumers and customers in the sports nutrition and healthy lifestyle categories
• Participate fully in Pure Ambition program activities, development workshops, networking opportunities, social events, and intern presentations

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Current undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028

• Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills 

• Self-starter and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently.  

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. 

Where And How You Will Work  

This hybrid opportunity will be based on site at our office in Downers Grove, IL.
