The Opportunity

Glanbia Enterprise Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager, HR Service Delivery responsible for driving the success of the Field Service Partners in providing general HR support across the organization. They will be responsible for driving employees and managers facing services from basic query support to transaction processing and HR process facilitation. The Manager will aim to ensure that all key interactions and touchpoints with stakeholders are seamless, fostering a positive and exceptional employee experience. This role will also be responsible for embedding a culture of continuous improvement through innovation within the Field Service Partners constantly challenging the status quo to deliver process and service optimization through a data-driven focus enabling Glanbia to meet business objectives and drive growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive a value-driven and consistent culture across the Field Service Partners that is service driven, outcome-oriented and process-based.

· Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Business Units, HR teams, Glanbia Enterprise Solutions and COE’s to deliver business outcomes in support of the overall organization strategy.

· Develop a high performing team focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring to deliver best-in class HR services.

· Manage the Field Service Partners by allocating work as required and act as point of escalation for queries from the team in addition to performing supervisory review and approval of the team’s work, if required.

· Provide regular support, training and coaching to team members including extended HR team.

· Cross-skill team members where possible while maintaining audit integrity.

· Act as a champion for the People Success Organization (PSO), promoting the services across the business and building engagement across the function

· Work with Glanbia Enterprise Solutions to identify improvement opportunities and manage projects to implement new PSO offerings, leading practices, and technology improvements.

· Monitor and report the team’s performance against KPIs and SLAs.

· Dual responsibilities to act as a dedicated HR Field Partner for specific customer groups.

 

Skills required:

· Foster the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring and career development initiatives.

· Manage and resolve employee concerns and issues while ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a positive work environment.

· Maintain effective relationships with labor unions or work councils, ensuring compliance with labor laws and agreements.

· Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall engagement.

· Oversee smooth and effective onboarding for new hires and offboarding processes for departing employees.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business needs.

· Identify opportunities for process enhancements and drive innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Minimum of 10 years of prior experience and Bachelors Degree required.

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range. The annual salary range for someone based in the United States is $115,000 - $150,000 with an annual bonus.
