The Front Office QA Manager is accountable for quality assurance strategy, governance, testing execution and continuous improvement across the Front Office technology portfolio. The role ensures the successful delivery of high-quality business capabilities across Customer 360, CRM, Digital Asset Management, Product Information Management, Syndication, Digital Shelf Analytics, eCommerce, Customer Portals and supporting integrations. Working closely with Product Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Delivery Partners and Business Stakeholders, the QA Manager ensures solutions are fit for purpose, business processes are validated, data quality is maintained and releases are delivered with confidence.

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Own and maintain the Front Office quality strategy, standards, governance model and multi-year test automation roadmap.
  • Translate the Front Office roadmap and delivery backlog into an integrated quality plan, identifying cross-project dependencies, shared test needs, sequencing constraints and cumulative release risk.
  • Define proportionate test approaches and quality gates for initiatives across Customer 360/CDP, CRM, DAM, PXM and syndication, Digital Shelf Analytics, eCommerce and Shopify, customer portals, customer onboarding and setup, Content Engine, analytics and integrations.
  • Lead test planning and execution across system, integration, API, end-to-end, regression, exploratory, data migration, reporting and non-functional testing.
  • Validate complete business processes and customer journeys across platforms, channels and regions, not only individual system features.
  • Establish data quality assurance for customer, product, content and digital asset data, including migration, transformation, reconciliation, lineage and downstream consumption.
  • Establish and govern UAT, including entry and exit criteria, business participation, evidence, defect triage and formal acceptance.
  • Coordinate test environments, test data and access requirements across product teams, architecture, security, service management and external partners.
  • Govern quality deliverables from systems integrators, software vendors and managed service partners, ensuring consistent standards and transparent reporting.
  • Own portfolio-level defect, risk and quality reporting, providing clear dashboards, trends, release readiness recommendations and escalations to delivery and business leadership.
  • Ensure performance, security, accessibility, resilience, privacy and operational support requirements are included in the test strategy and evidenced before release.
  • Drive continuous improvement through reusable test assets, automation, risk-based testing, lessons learned and adoption of appropriate AI-assisted testing practices.
  • Support transition into service by confirming operational acceptance, support documentation, monitoring, known-error handling and post-release validation.

The skills and experience you will bring to the team

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders
