The Korea E-Commerce Executive as a part of E-Commerce Team will be responsible for delivery of on-line sales target on e-commerce platforms such as Coupang and marketplaces including Naver and D2C. Additionally He/She is accountable for online sell-out, driving daily GMV and e-commerce metrics in terms of traffic, conversion, order value, new user recruitment and retention strategies on platforms, shaping the brand experience through content optimization, visibility tactics and the customer journey.
Principal Accountabilities
Support to develop and drive online sales
- Support e-com business end to end - inventory forecast, logistics, purchase, customer service and familiar with applications on e-com platforms.
E-commerce Data Analysis and Reporting
- Data consolidation and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports in a timely manner.
- Support e-com manager on portfolio analysis and forecast. Drive relevant pack sizes and product range, support NPD projects for South Korea.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Consolidate monthly sales and marketing performance.
- Support marketing and trade promotion spend and platform relevant projects collaborating with marketing, ensuring ROI/ROAS is maximised.
Distributor Management support
- Closely monitor distributor’s sell-in / sell-out & inventory performance to ensure healthy business development.
- Support e-commerce senior manager on value chain assessment of brand and SKUs to distributor to ensure setting right pricing strategy among nutrition category and in line with KR market pricing strategy.
Skills, Know How and experience
Essential
- Relevant hands-on experience delivering e-commerce sales and operations. Track record of delivering e-commerce performance on brand official stores.
- Proven track record driving improvement in qualitative and quantitative business metrics.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce cycle to sell imported items including value chain.
- Fluency in Korean and Business English is required.
Desirable
- Previous experience working with e-commerce distributors by brand and retailer is a plus.
- Familiar with supplier hub management and marketing tools under the Coupang Platform is plus.
- Familiar with Google Analytics is plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
