Be Part of the Fastest-Growing Category in Consumer Goods

The global sports and performance nutrition industry is no longer a niche - it’s one of the most dynamic, fastest-growing segments in consumer goods today. Driven by a generational shift toward active lifestyles, rising health consciousness, and an explosion of fitness culture across India and South Asia, the category is scaling at a pace few industries can match. If you want your work to feel relevant, exciting, and future facing, this is exactly where you want to be.

About Glanbia Performance Nutrition

We are the world’s #1 premium sports nutrition company - home to Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, & Syntha-6. Our purpose is simple: to inspire people everywhere to achieve their performance goals.

In India, we operate with the energy and agility of a high-growth startup - but with the resources, global infrastructure, and brand equity of a market leader. This is a rare combination. You’ll have real ownership of your work from day one, a seat at the table with senior business leaders, and the kind of breadth of exposure that most finance professionals spend a decade trying to find. We move fast, we’re ambitious, and we’re building something significant.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially oriented finance professional to join us as Commercial Finance Assistant Manager for South Asia. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of finance, commercial strategy, and business leadership - not a back-office function. You will be a true business partner: influencing decisions, shaping strategy, and driving profitable growth across one of our most exciting markets.

This role also comes with strong growth pathways within India as the business scales, across our international markets, and cross-functionally within finance (FP&A, group reporting, regional CFO tracks).

Role and Responsibilities

This is not a reporting role. You will be embedded in the business - present when key commercial decisions are made, and expected to bring both rigor and perspective to those conversations.

Commercial Finance

You will own the financial lens on our commercial engine - partnering with Sales on customer negotiations, building channel and customer P&Ls, evaluating trade and marketing ROI, and assessing NPD business cases. You will be the go-to finance voice when commercial decisions need analytical grounding.

Planning & Forecasting

You will lead the Budget and Forecast cycle for South Asia end-to-end. Beyond consolidation, you will actively shape the sales view in S&OP, challenge assumptions, and ensure that what gets committed reflects what the business can genuinely deliver. Identifying risks and opportunities will be your responsibility, not someone else’s brief to hand to you.

Trade Spend & Controls

You will ensure the integrity of our commercial financials - managing distributor claims, channel reconciliations, and variance analysis with discipline. Leadership should be able to trust the numbers they act on, and that trust sits with you.

Business Reporting

You will be responsible for translating monthly performance into a clear, actionable narrative - Latest Estimates, MBR decks, EBITDA walks, D2C P&Ls, and business dashboards. The objective is not to produce reports, but to ensure the business has the financial clarity it needs to make good decisions.

Strategic Projects

You will be drawn into projects that cut across channels, business models, and processes - wherever finance can sharpen thinking or de-risk a decision. Expect variety, some ambiguity, and meaningful impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in an MNC or CPG environment
  • Strong grounding in commercial finance and accounting practices
  • Hands-on experience with SAP for financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven track record of managing complex stakeholders in a fast-moving business

The Person

  • A hands-on operator - someone who rolls up their sleeves, takes ownership, and drives outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Commercially curious, with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound in accounting and reporting fundamentals, with the analytical horsepower to interpret data in real time
  • A communicator who builds trust across functions - finance, sales, marketing, and leadership
  • Thrives under pressure, manages multiple priorities with discipline, and is self-motivated to raise the bar

Where and how you will work

The opportunity will be based in our office located in Gurgaon, India with a requirement to work onsite 3-4 days per week.

What we would like to offer you!

The opportunity to develop your career on a global stage, continuous learning through an on-demand learning platform, and a competitive compensation package.
