The position
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Business Analyst, Success Factors Employee Central at Glanbia Business Services Inc. This position will report to the HR Systems CoE Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving Glanbia’s HR Systems US based Success Factors programme of work
Location
The base location of the role can be in any of our office locations in Illinois with a hybrid working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance
Key Elements of the Role
- Participate in multiple (and sometimes concurrent) implementation and continuous improvement projects, including:
- Definition of scope, based on workshops with business representatives
- Leading build activities including configuration, Integration requirements etc.
- Defining and supervising testing cycles
- Leading cut-over planning and execution and providing initial high-attention post-live support.
- Hand-over of design to application support team post project.
- Develop relationships with Business Unit management and Key Users to drive the effectiveness of our Success Factors solution.
- Develop feasible implementation plans by resource type.
- Design and deliver value-added systems initiatives to drive business value.
- Coordinate with the various resources to ensure a timely implementation.
- Delivering progress report to the business unit and IT management teams.
- Compliance with Glanbia documentation standards.
- Provide expertise to respond to business requirements, and to contribute pro-actively to continuous improvement to Glanbia’s implementations.
- Recommend process improvements and establish procedures that positively impact the organization's operation
- Oversees internal and vendor driven development/system configurations/upgrades ensuring that application designs are consistent with industry best practices including scalability, availability, maintainability, and flexibility.
- Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of newly integrated software programs and applications.
- Technical mentoring and development of new joiners to the team where required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Employee Central Success Factors Implementations
- Experience with 3rd Party HR systems (Benefit Administration, Retirement platforms).
- Strong background in application and solution development.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to summarize and present findings and challenges to all levels of staff and management.
- Possess broad expertise in functional HR disciplines and how they are facilitated/supported by enterprise software.
- The ability to persuade others through influence and inspiration
- Able to engage collaboratively with people in diverse teams and geographical locations
- The ability to bring new and innovative ideas into your work
