An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Masterdata Analyst role, this is permanent full-time role.

 

Responsibilities

 

This role is a part of the PTP team in the Finance Services, and will require the flexibility to support the various teams within this function.

    • Management of Master Data area in GES PTP, developing leading metrics and review of processes for onshore and offshore teams.
    • Lead projects to enhance/Transform the processes for vendor master and purchase data management
    • Leading and development the team of analysist working in master data management
    • Creating and amending Vendor records
    • Compliance with Key Control processes
    • Outbound supplier validation for bank details changes and e-mail remittance changes
    • Resolve AP and Master Data queries via e-mail and telephone
    • Establish and maintain a positive relationship with other departments  and colleagues
    • Communicate and follow up effectively with stakeholders on issues & resolution
    • Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures; and meets defined goals and activity metrics
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis, projects and any other assigned tasks and duties as directed, to support the Shared Services Centre.

 

 

 

The Skills you will bring to the team

 

  • Third level degree in finance or business with 2+ years Accounts Payable or Master Data experience
  • Accounts Payable and Master Data experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in fluent English, in a clear manner to colleagues and customers.
  • SAP experience an advantage
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large data with an excellent degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
  • Proficient personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routing database activity, work processing, spreadsheet
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships, lead projects and manage stakeholders.
