The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Co-Ordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a good understanding of project management principles and a strong interest in technology, systems, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is in the Glanbia Enterprise Services division in Dublin/ Kilkenny (hybrid working arrangement)

You will work closely with our team of project managers, all IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will serve as a point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders. 

 

Primary responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Supported by the EMEA Project Manager, manage small to medium sized technical projects 
  • Work with technical teams to understand technical requirements  
  • End to end delivery of technical projects  
  • Ensure all Glanbia standards and policies are adhered by the project team 
  • Prepare and own all project documentation to ensuring one single source of truth for the project  
  • Develop and maintain the project plan and RAID logs in our PM solution Asana 
  • Lead projects to agreed designs, timeframes and budgets  
  • Management of project budgets 
  • Regular status updates, presentations to senior stakeholders as required 
  • Support the management of relationships with IT managed service providers 
  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating and delivering complex programmes and technical initiatives. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and immediately apply new knowledge 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and ambiguous environment

The skills and experience you will bring to the team

  • 3rd Level relevant project management qualification and experience in a globally dispersed organisation.  
  • 2 years’ experience in a PM or related role 
  • Desirable for this person to have technical experience or qualifications in addition to PM requirements above 
  • PM Certification desirable  
  • Asana experience is desirable 
  • Project Management skills 
  • Leadership and people management 
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to non-technical business stakeholders 
  • Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructure systems, including networking, servers and end-user computing environments. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment 
  • Risk & Issue Management – Ability to resolve 
  • Use of PM Tools  
  • Proficient in MS office 
  • Pro-active with attention to detail 
  • Project prioritisation where regional, global and business priorities may conflict 
  • Vendor management for project delivery 
  • Capex / revenue budget preparation and management
