Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about building strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communications and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and inquiries.
  • Support the coordination of internal teams (e.g., sales, production, logistics, and quality assurance) to fulfill client needs efficiently.
  • Help prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation to support account reviews and strategic planning.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
  • Track and update client account information in CRM systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in resolving client issues by gathering relevant information and coordinating with appropriate departments.
  • Participate in client meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Contribute to the development of client engagement strategies and support upselling or cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and client-specific developments to provide relevant insights to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Primarily office-based and interaction in the plant.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
  • May require occasional lifting of materials up to 25 lbs.
