The Opportunity
The FP&A Manager will streamline and consolidate financial operations across Asia Markets, supporting the Director of FP&A and coordinating with cluster leads and the Revenue Growth Manager. This role will enhance financial accuracy, optimize forecasting, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Financial Consolidation & Reporting:

- Aggregate and consolidate financial data from various clusters for comprehensive regional reporting.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with market cluster leads.
- Maintain rolling forecasts to align with current market dynamics and strategic goals.
- Provide analytical insights to refine financial planning processes.
Transactional Process Oversight:

- Oversee transactional FP&A activities to ensure standardization and efficiency across clusters.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Facilitate the transition to automated processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
Advanced Financial Analysis:

- Perform detailed financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.
- Partner with the Revenue Growth Manager to assess revenue drivers and pricing strategies.
- Present data-driven recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between the FP&A Director, cluster leads, and Revenue Growth Manager.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
- Support with ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
Process Optimization:

- Identify and implement best practices for reporting, data collection, and analysis.
- Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational workflows.
Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
- Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation plans
The skills you will bring to the team
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA/CFA / CA preferred.
- 5-7 years of FP&A experience in a multinational setting, with exposure to multi-market operations.
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)., ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication for presenting complex financial data succinctly.
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix structure.
