As a Senior Customer Business Manager, focusing on the Walmart business, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing GPN’s relationship with Walmart, one of its most significant retail partners. 

 

As the Senior Customer Business Manager your role includes:

Account Management

  • Manage day-to-day customer relationships and communications
  • Development and implementation of customer specific business plans to meet and exceed sales targets, volume growth and profitability goals
  • Trade fund management with P&L understanding and ownership

Insights & Analytics

  • Utilize Nielsen and Luminate/Scintilla data to understand trends, results, and customer behavior
  • Identify and develop compelling selling stories to move strategy forward 

Forecasting & Planning: Monitor sales performance and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and lead accurate sales forecasts

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Drive strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies
  • Collaborate with Walmart’s merchandising and replenishment teams to optimize product availability, placement, and promotions

Digital Acceleration: Key contributor to accelerating omni-channel platform via digital shelf management, content and search optimization,  ratings and reviews, online visibility
