The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing warehouse projects, completion of daily tasks, coordinating work flow and managing the day-to-day operations of their assigned group, ensuring everyone is performing as required. Must complete all applicable SOP and QA trainings.

- Trouble shoot blends to manufacturing
- Effectively lead warehouse staff

- Assist the team to accomplish the daily tasks.
- Maintain team focused on daily objectives
- Perform weekly safety/GMP warehouse audits and implement corrective actions
- Audit, enforce and promote warehouse safety rules and procedures
- Deliver SOP, Safety, and heavy equipment training as per training matrix
- Monitor, enforce and update standard operating procedures.
- Operate all types of heavy equipment
- Monitor warehouse storage and housekeeping status.
- Coordinate workflow to accomplish overall business objectives.
- Segregate the warehouse full pick list by blending date.
- Update warehouse production board.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of warehouse full pick list one day prior to blend date.
- Assist in picking and verifying items for blending.
- Assist with inverting, wrapping and put-away.
- Monitor packaging, pallets and gowning inventory levels in a weekly basis to avoiding out-of-stock situations.
- Monitor and schedule swaps for trash compactor and recycling bins.
- Move in or remove items from GNWR.
- Coordinate the disposal of overages and deficient materials.
- Reply to e-mails and radio calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Efficiently execute SAP transactions related to product movement, searching, and correcting inventory issues.
- Monitor and correct issue in the Warehouse Management section in SAP
- Issue, submit and finalize MDR’s related to damage.
- Perform driving duties as needed.
- Print and input cycle counts as needed
- Assist and load carriers
- Bin-to-bin inbound freight

Qualification & Experience Requirements

Education, Training:
|
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred
|
|
Experience Required:
|
- 2+ years of previous warehouse experience
- Clean DMV record with valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years of Warehouse Assistant II role experience
|
|
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

- Ability to lift 25kg containers consistently.
- Standup reach and sit-down forklift experience required.
- Leadership and motivational skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Clear communication skills – written and verbal. Coordinates communications, meetings, and activities among multiple groups or organizations.
- Ability to work with amino acids, vitamins and fine chemicals in powder and liquid form.
