The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible to develop key brand strategies on brand management, PR, Advertising, events and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), athlete management. Responsible for the coordination of marketing programs planned for the Glanbia Performance Nutrition brands - BSN, in Korea ensuring smooth and successful execution.
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop the brand marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and tactics for offline and online to dial up brand-level communication
- Develop communication through strong insights on consumer usage occasions
- Manage the development of advertising material across social media, ecommerce platforms and D2C in line with brand objectives
- Manage planning, execution and tracking of influencer marketing campaigns to drive advocacy
- Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure content plan alignment, execution quality and on-line delivery
- Collaborate with commerce teams to coordinate and execute marketing, advertising and promotions that are consistent with companywide marketing and brand goals and objectives
- Coordinate with regional / international I&A team to execute BHT, consumer studies and drive consumer insights that leads to future brand demand creation.
- Manage marketing expenses within budget guidelines effectively
- Support short-term and long-term NPD pipeline for BSN and manage projects with regional and global team.
- Deliver product education for external partners and influencers

- Candidate will need to be resourceful and entrepreneurship, he/she will be willing to work in ambiguous situations. They should be able to feel comfortable with starting from scratch and highly problem-solving mindset.
- Achievement of KPIs in brand scorecard (awareness, engagement, brand EMP scores, brand links)
- Quality of brand strategy and brand planning
- Quality of campaign creatives and activation programs
- Quality of marketing content and assets
- Number of new membership for D2C site
- Prompt and active follow-up
Skills, Know How and experience
- Brand strategic planning and logic thinking
- Strong project management skill, including cross function team work
- Hand-on experience in brand management and campaign activation development.
- Analytical acumen and the ability to work with insights and data
- Good social media understanding.
- Experience in the development and implementation of paid/owned media strategies
- Strong communication skills and agency management
- Adaptable to a fast-growing business environment and good team player
- Fluent in Business English is required
- 10~15 years of marketing experience, including brand marketing and marketing communications
Desirable
- Bachelors/University degree, with a focus on Marketing/ Advertising/ Communications.
- A passion for health, fitness and sport
- NPD(new product development) experience is a plus
