We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Licensing & Partnership as a new role within the Marketing COE at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. 

You will be responsible for driving strategic growth through the development and execution of licensing and partnership agreements. You will identify, negotiate, and manage key licensing and partnership opportunities that align with the company’s overall business strategy and brand positioning.

 

 

What you will do:

 

Licensing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy that supports overall business objectives and brand growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new licensing opportunities across categories and markets to expand brand presence and drive incremental revenue.
  • Lead end-to-end licensing process, including contract negotiation, deal structuring, and execution in partnership with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Develop a licensing roadmap, including category expansion and market entry strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth targets.

 

Partnership Development

  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and organizations to drive mutual business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing teams to develop joint marketing and activation plans with partners to maximize impact.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, performance expectations, and long-term value creation.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Product and Brand teams to ensure licensing products meet brand standards and consumer expectations.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to integrate licensed products into the broader go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Legal teams to ensure all licensing and partnership agreements comply with financial and legal requirements.
  • Establish a performance measurement framework to track and report the impact of licensing and partnership activities on business growth.

 

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking systems to evaluate licensing and partnership performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on licensing and partnership outcomes, identifying areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to inform and adjust licensing and partnership strategies.
  • Ensure that all licensed products and partnerships deliver a consistent and positive consumer experience.

 

 

 

Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in licensing, strategic partnerships, or business development within a global consumer goods company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful licensing and partnership strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in managing complex contracts and agreements.

 

 

 

As the Senior Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Product Development, to deliver incremental revenue, expand brand reach, and strengthen market positioning.

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.  Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $125,000 - $155,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
