The Opportunity 

Maintenance Supervisor at our Cheese and Whey Manufacturing Plant in St. Johns, MI. As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role during the late hours, ensuring our operations run seamlessly. Here’s a peak into what you’ll be responsible for;

• Organize and Prioritize: You’ll manage the maintenance schedule, ensuring all production equipment receives timely attention. From daily check-ups to annual rebuilds, you’ll keep things humming.
• Collaborate: Work closely with production management and maintenance personnel. Together, we’ll maintain our facility to the highest standards.
• Coach and Develop: Mentor our Maintenance Team. Your guidance will elevate their skills and boost team performance.
• Optimize Processes: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes. We’re committed to safety and environmental friendliness.
• Audit Excellence: Ensure SOP compliance through regular audits. Our success depends on precision.
• Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records, instruction manuals, and spare parts inventory.
• Work Order Management: Handle work orders like a pro. From creation to completion, you’ll keep things on track.
• Tech-Savvy: Utilize our Continuous Improvement processes to minimize losses and uphold our culture of excellence.

   The Skills you will bring to the team

• Experience: You’ve got a track record in maintenance, and you know your way around plant equipment.
• Communication: Whether it’s verbal or written, you’re a pro at getting your message across.
• Safety Conscious: Occupational safety and health standards? You’ve got them down pat.
• Food Safety: Familiar with regulations? Perfect! We’re all about safe quality foods.
