What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and lead impactful training programs aligned with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. 

• Audit training systems and provide continuous improvement recommendations. 

• Deliver training to new and current employees in both group and one-on-one settings. 

• Investigate training-related issues and drive corrective actions. 

• Collaborate cross-functionally to update SOPs, job aids, and operator instructions. 

• Manage training records and reports via the Alchemy platform. 

• Partner with plant leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in training roles within food or dairy manufacturing. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire others. 

• Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with Ignition software is a plus. 

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends if needed. 

Compensation & Benefits: 

• Competitive Pay: $26/hr 

• Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. 

• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally.
