The Opportunity 

 

As our CRM Specialist you will be part of the CRM team and support the execution of the Optimum Nutrition CRM / Email strategy. You will, together with other channel leads, including our CRM manager and our Head of Performance, drive incremental growth in existing markets as well as roll-out and ramp-up in new markets.

This permanent position will report to the eCommerce Director.  

  • Deliver channel incremental growth, while positively impacting CLV, retention and engagement metrics.
  • Create/Initiate the CRM roadmap for 2023/2024
  • Brief, create and deliver email marketing campaigns in sync with the trade calendar for all markets, adjust campaigns to market circumstances where needed.
  • Taking concepts, stories and content from the creative teams and making data driven decisions.
  • Utilize customer behavioural, demographic, lifestyle and transactional data to deliver custom marketing messages with the aim of increasing CLV.
  • Optimize the segmentation & personalization strategy.
  • Implementation of targeted, timely customer retention programs that will increase loyalty, retention and encourage segment.
  • Agile test email send-outs and incrementally improve performance.
  • Analyse customer data and campaigns in order to enrich Optimum Nutrition’s understanding of its client base as well as to initiate new data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting stack to ensure both operational excellence as well as optimal channel visibility within the business.
  • Support the CRM manager and local teams in meeting the set targets

  

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • Experience with Clang, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe or other similar products
  • Tech savvy with A/B testing, personalization and segmentation experience in a B2C e-commerce setting
  • Familiarity with the creative flow involved in CRM campaigns execution
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel and number crunching
  • Experience in data infrastructure (AMZ) & visualization (PowerBI/Tableau-etc.) knowledge would be advantageous
  • Strong experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
  • Great team player skills, a hands-on mentality & a sense of fun.
