Working across both Optimum Nutrition and Isopure, the UK marketing team is focused on building brand trust, cultural relevance and community through impactful campaigns, partnerships and product innovation

 

Responsibilities

Brand Campaign Execution – Optimum Nutrition

 

Support the delivery and execution of the Optimum Nutrition annual brand plan.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Coordinating the execution of integrated brand campaigns across media, social and retail channels
  • Working with PR, Social, Creative and Media agencies to deliver campaign assets and timelines
  • Managing campaign roll-out across key touchpoints including digital, DTC, retail and community activations
  • Tracking campaign performance and supporting reporting against agreed KPIs
  • Ensuring campaigns align with brand positioning and strategic objectives
  • The role will help execute campaigns designed to drive brand awareness, trust and purchase consideration across the sports nutrition category.

 

Brand Activation & Partnerships

 

Support the development and execution of brand activations that build relevance and engagement with consumers.

The role will work closely with agencies, talent partners and the commercial team to ensure activations are delivered effectively and align with the broader brand strategy.

 

Isopure Campaign Execution

 

Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the UK marketing plans for Isopure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support campaign execution and integration activity across social, DTC, digital and PR
  • Creative asset development and content production
  • Lead the DTC content strategy and development
  • Coordinating agency partners and internal stakeholders
  • Tracking campaign performance and reporting

 

Public Relations & Communications

 

Manage PR activity across Optimum Nutrition and Isopure in partnership with external agencies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of PR campaigns and media partnerships
  • Managing product launches and press office activity
  • Identifying opportunities to generate earned media and brand advocacy
  • Ensuring messaging is aligned with brand positioning
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

Stakeholder Relations

 

Work collaboratively with key internal stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively.

 

The role will ensure marketing activity is coordinated across channels and supports wider commercial objectives.

 

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • 4–7 years’ experience in brand marketing or brand management
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience working with creative, media or PR agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience within FMCG, consumer brands or sports/fitness categories is desirable
  • Willing to travel as required in addition to being a predominantly office based role (up to 3 days)
