The Opportunity
Are you driven by the opportunity to lead business transformation in high-growth categories at the forefront of consumer well-being trends? As the CP&S Director - Healthy Lifestyles, you will be accountable for sustainable growth of a branded product portfolio in support of GPN's overall strategy and growth objectives. You will define the strategic direction for our Healthy Lifestyles business—driving brand, category, innovation, route-to-market, and financial performance. In this pivotal senior leadership role, you will inspire and engage employees, champion GPN Values, and cultivate a high-performing team. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping our success in the Healthy Lifestyles portfolio and contributing to our global growth
What You’ll Do
- Lead the cross-functional alignment between brand and customer teams across the Healthy Lifestyles business unit.
- Set and enforce best practices for commercializing category and brand plans across channels.
- Reinforce the category platforms based on customer, consumer, and buyer insights to maximize growth and share with customers.
- Develop and execute sales fundamentals (product, placement, pricing, promotion) for the Healthy Lifestyles portfolio.
- Partner with customer/channel teams to develop joint business plans and drive growth.
- Organize and deliver support to customer sales teams to achieve sales and profit plans.
- Partner with brand and innovation teams to integrate commercial insights into new initiatives.
- Create innovative and impactful branded shopper marketing programs and customer exclusive product offerings.
- Develop and drive best practices in conducting analysis for key customer presentations.
- Build and leverage relationships with senior-level cross-functional counterparts.
- Ensure efficient utilization of trade funds and pricing to achieve brand/company goals.
- Participate in the development of brand strategy, marketing plans, and business objectives.
- Regularly communicate and cascade key corporate initiatives, ensuring organizational alignment and employee engagement.
- Manage personal and team budgets.
- Develop a team of direct reports through yearly development plan review, talent profiling, coaching, mentorship, and personal development plans.
The Skills You Will Bring to the Team
- Bachelor's/University degree in Business Administration, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of sales, brand, channel/trade marketing experience in North America.
- Experience in direct customer selling along with business analytics and/or customer marketing.
- Experience managing a portfolio of brands within consumer products (CPG or Hardlines).
- Experience developing and managing budgets and leading large teams with broad span of control.
- Broad exposure to multiple retail classes of trade (eCommerce, Mass, Club, Grocery, Specialty/Department, Dollar, Drug).
- Exceptional analytical skills and acute attention to details.
- Strong project management skills, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data in an organized manner in an executive setting.
- Exceptional leader possessing strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, matrix, and fluid environment.
- Highly influential with decision-makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to build organizational trade/customer marketing capabilities, develop sales strategy, and drive execution with a diverse team.
- Ability to design and provide convincing presentations based on data-driven ideas and facts

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. The annual salary for IL based employees for this role is $190,000-220,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. The typical candidate is hired below midpoint of the range.
