The Opportunity 

You will support and work across multiple departments including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to provide world class service to our customers in the food & nutrition industry by managing inquiries and escalations and drive a dynamic customer experience. This permanent position will report to the Customer Service Supervisor.

• Supports order management processes & Monitors team orders from creation to delivery and works with production, quality, supply chain and other functions to avoid delays/customer disruption
• Ensure order management reports are reviewed daily and proper action is taken to resolve order issues
• Coordinate with other departments on order status, requests to expedite/prioritize orders,  special instructions, contracts, credit issues, pricing discrepancies, & product availability 
• Collaborate with and enable the Sales teams to drive value and increase business opportunities
• Work with Sales team to support all levels of Order-to-Cash requirements & on an as-needed basis assisting with budgeted forecasted product volumes as relates to product availability and order management
• Meet key metrics by confirming/acknowledging orders withing 24 hours with data accuracy goals of error free orders
• Adhere to all other service metrics, such as SAP audit trail compliance (order status text) and timely complaint resolution

  The Skills you will bring to the team

• Previous experience in a customer service related field
• Familiarity with SAP and CRM system such as SalesForce, SAP CRM, Clarify, Siebel, etc. preferred
• Experience using Microsoft Suite (specifically Excel knowledge)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills  
• Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
