Role Profile

Reporting to the Inventory manager, this role will support and co-ordinate inventory across both internal and external warehouses, liaising closely with auditors to build a strong compliance culture within the inventory process.

In addition the role requires updating and maintaining SOP’s and KPI’s for the warehousing function ensuring key metrics and activities are achieved and maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all stock is reconciled on a Monthly basis
• Support warehouse team with stock control issues
• Financial audit preparation
• Report preparation – excel – PowerPoint
• SOP and KPI maintenance
• Ensure SAP master data is updated for warehouse additions
• Attend external and internal meetings
• Troubleshoot warehouse related issues

Key Requirements

• SAP proficiency
• Excellent excel and outlook skills
• Knowledge of stock management and control
• Very good interpersonal skills.
