We are hiring for our healthy lifestyle team to support our popular think! brand. The Associate Brand Manager - think! is responsible for executing and optimizing annual brand plans across new and existing product groups. You will support core day‑to‑day brand management activities including campaign execution, social and influencer programs, budget tracking, business analysis, and cross‑functional project coordination.
What you will do in this role:
Paid Media, Connected Commerce & Digital Activation:
- Support development and execution of brand equity and activation plans across paid media, social, influencer, PR, DTC/CRM, and retail channels
- Support paid media planning and execution, including traffic sheet inputs, monitoring flighting/pacing, and assisting with reporting and optimizations
- Support creative development processes including briefing, review cycles, content development, production, and legal clearance (owned social assets, PDP assets, CRM assets, etc.)
Social & Influencer Marketing
- Lead owned/paid social workflow management, including strategy, planning, briefing, asset development, publishing, and performance reporting
- Lead influencer workflow management, including talent vetting, brief development, content review, posting coordination, and KPI tracking
- Support community management, including social listening, monitoring brand mentions, responding to comments/inquiries/DMs across social platforms, and escalating opportunities or concerns.
- Monitor competitive social activity and category trends to inform content opportunities.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Retail Activation
- Partner with Shopper Marketing, Customer Strategy & Planning, and Sales to build customer sell‑in materials and support retail activation
- Prepare internal and external communications including brand plan updates, creative presentations, campaign summaries, and performance recaps
Creative Development & Execution
- Support creative development processes including briefing, review cycles, asset development, production, and legal clearance (social, influencer, CRM, PDP, retail media, and broader campaign assets)
- Coordinate timelines, asset routing, approvals, and cross‑functional handoffs to ensure campaigns launch on time and with excellence
- Partner with the Brand Manager and agencies to deliver best‑in‑class creative that drives brand distinction and breakthrough
- Ensure all consumer-facing touchpoints reflect think!’s brand positioning, tone, and long-term equity vision
Analytics, Reporting & Performance Optimization
- Support Monthly Business Reviews with insight-led summaries of 360 marketing performance and actionable recommendations
- Measure campaign and content performance across KPIs, linking results to business outcomes and optimization plans
Budget Management
- Support management of brand budgets, including tracking, reconciliation, forecasting, and identifying ROI opportunities
- Ensure spend allocation aligns with key priorities while maximizing working dollars
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred but not required.
- 3-4 years of relevant CPG brand, shopper, agency or digital marketing experience
- Experience partnering with creative, media, and/or influencer agencies, with an understanding of competitive landscape trends and best‑in‑class activation
- Deep understanding of social and influencer marketing, including content planning, publishing workflows, and KPI frameworks; working knowledge of social/influencer platforms required (e.g. Dash Social or Aspire)
The ABM collaborates closely with Paid Media, Connected Commerce, eCommerce, DTC/CRM, Insights, Customer Planning & Strategy, Finance, Sales, and external agencies to ensure best‑in‑class execution of marketing initiatives and alignment to the annual operating plan. You bring a strong passion for 360° brand marketing along with an interest in the health and wellness space.

Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles; the annual salary for this role is $80,000- $110,000 plus an annual bonus. This range may not be applicable to other locations and targeted salary is midpoint of range. Factors that could be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, years of experience and comparison to current employees already in this role. This is a flexible hybrid role from Downers Grove and/or Chicago.
