Job/Project Summary: Be a key contributor to the GPN team as a Human Resources Intern

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent): Job duties would include, but not be limited to:

  • Ownership of  client group to gain experience as an HRBP and to get exposure to key people processes
  • Ownership of a project to interact with all COEs and demonstrate analytical abilities and critical thinking skills while helping to solve real-life business problems.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A current junior pursuing a bachelor's in Human Resources or a related field
  • Must be able to commute to Downers Grove, IL 
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team
  • Clear written communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter and highly motivated
  • Ability to follow through on tasks with minimum direction
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
