The Opportunity 

This exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Lead to manage our successful team of performance marketing specialists. We create and activate strategies for Glanbia’s best known brands with a focus on the US market.

• You will play an active role in the formulation of the business/brand’s growth strategies through reach, ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.

• You will develop relationships with exec level Marketing leads across the business focusing on solving their business challenges through great digital marketing, along with brining in new business

• You will determine the necessary pace of improvement in marketing performance across a wide range of targets and standards, inclusive of setting appropriate milestones to be delivered

• You will be responsible for negotiating deals across all aspects of programmatic advertising

• You will be an expert in all aspects of programmatic and Google advertising

• You will understand how data from various channels can help the overall customer journey for each client account

• You will lead and develop a team of performance marketer’s to bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of departmental goals and the business’s KPIs.

• You will provide insight and guidance to members of the integrated media team

• You will work with department heads to drive the direction of the future of our programmatic and Google capabilities

• You will be key to  winning new business and creating and presenting strategies as part of the pitch process

• You will build relationships and work on business development

• You will oversee the management of and Manage multiple Global campaigns across programmatic mobile, display, video, OTT, CTV,  audio and Google

 The Skills you will bring to the team

• 3rd level qualification in Marketing /Digital Marketing or a related field or relevant experience

• 10 years’ experience, preferably in a fast paced agency setting

• Experience leading successful performance marketing teams

• Proven track record of success in performance marketing

• Expert in DSP’s, google products & analytics

• International experience or experience working in a complex matrix organisation would be relevant and beneficial.

• Experience with the TradeDesk would be beneficial

• Experience in the US marketing would be a advantage
