The Opportunity 

The Glanbia Digital+ Team are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join an established internal agency.

This team is dedicated to digital & creative innovation and excellence, working on some of the world’s best known brands across the Glanbia Group. Leading out key global digital projects and programmes and offering services including creative design, digital strategy, media buying, website development and UX.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our team of performance driven Social media and digital marketing experts on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for the relationship management, day-to-day management and delivery of strategic digital marketing campaigns. The role will have a focus on social media as you will be responsible for social media strategy, content creation, executing paid campaigns, organic posts and reporting on performance regularly. You should have an in-depth knowledge of social media best practices on paid and organic to be able to review the brand’s current strategies and make recommendations for optimizations. Aside from your social responsibilities, you will also be expected to project manage and input into other areas of digital therefore you will be expected to have knowledge on best practices and be able to develop content for other digital areas such as websites, email marketing, Google and creative campaigns.  

  • You will be client focused with the ability to build trust and strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • Work closely with our creative team to manage the delivery of creative projects which involves managing and organizing shoots, as well as managing timelines for a variety of creative projects for a number of global clients.
  • Support the business to plan, implement and manage the strategic roadmap for the websites.
  • Working with media strategists to plan and optimise campaigns through various channels (Social, PPC, Display, Websites, Marketing Automation platforms) in order to meet defined business objectives.  
  • Work with brands to ensure they are following best practices across digital as well as being visually consistent across markets and being true to their brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Create & schedule monthly content plans for social media, LinkedIn, email marketing and websites.
  • Responsible for executing paid and organic social and continuously optimizing to achieve or exceed brand goals. You will utilize social media to drive awareness, consideration and conversion for our brands and will be expected to do so whilst furthering efficiencies to costs.
  • Develop insightful monthly & quarterly reports on the brand’s digital activity.
  • Execute, optimize and report on B2B LinkedIn campaigns and will be expected to provide insightful suggestions & highlight trends in the market.
  • Work with designers, marketing and other teams to translate business needs to effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proactively provide consumer/industry insights from Sprinklr.
  • Inspire stakeholders to deliver best practice digital marketing ensuring growth in campaigns
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with multiple projects on the go at the same time

 

The Skills you will bring to the team

  • 3rd level qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, a related field or relevant experience.
  • Prior experience gained in a digital account management role
  • Comfortable in all aspects of client service / account management that can be relied upon to build strong relationships.
  • Clear and effective communicator orally through presentations and in writing.
  • Project management skills is key.
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns through Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn is an advantage.
  • Experience in managing and organizing creative shoots.
