Principal Accountabilities 

1.    E-com Strategy

GMV, Traffic, Recruitment, Pricing & Promotion, CRM, O2O, NPD, Live, PT Affiliate programs.  JBP and investment plan for the best ROI.

 

2. Commercial 
2.1    Campaign management.  Campaign calendar share with platform, monthly campaign mechanic brief to enabler, weekly performance review (Building Block) with plan ‘B’.
2.2    Store & Stock management.  Set up and submit price, campaign promotion, GWP, store vouchers, Flexi combo, brand CRM points, O2O, LIVE streaming etc. on every campaigns.  Ensure sufficient stock and store performance excellency.

 

3.    User experience and performance marketing.
3.1    In-store merchandising.  Brief creative for all in-store designs (banner, thumbnail, landing page, campaign promo deals etc.).  Upload banner, Thumbnail campaign every campaigns.
3.2    Media and Optimization.  Manage investment budget plan by campaign, brief creative designer all media ads artwork, CPAS arrangement with budget allocation, set up CPAS KV/caption with agency, in & off platform ads arrangement and optimization, Review media ad performance with agency and platform every campaigns, Live streaming management both in-house and outsource.
3.3    Negotiate and barter extra brand visibility with platform.
3.4    Ensure chat response rate with Customer Service, Check Store Performance rating and review

 

4. Operations 
4.1    Demand planning forecast for all official stores platforms.
4.2    Finance.  D&A and E-com claims via PO sharepoint.  Manage budget and YTG budget tracking.
4.3    Monthly Business Review presentation.  MBR, Regional E-com Dashboard, review monthly performance with agency.
4.4    Quarterly review with all platforms.

 

 

Skills, Know How and Experience 
1.    3-5 years experience within e-commerce - strategy, commercial, and media investment management skills
2.    Experience on negotiation and relationship management with e-commerce platforms
3.    Account management experience from e-commerce platform, enabler or brand e-commerce is highly preferable
