Role Overview:

The FP&A Manager will streamline and consolidate financial operations across AMEA Markets, supporting the Director and coordinating with Country Finance Heads, Supply Finance and the Revenue Growth Leads. This role will enhance financial accuracy, optimize forecasting, and drive data-driven decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Consolidation & Reporting:
    • Aggregate and consolidate financial data from various clusters for comprehensive regional reporting.
    • Ensure timely, accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and KPI dashboards for senior leadership.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with market cluster leads.
    • Maintain rolling forecasts to align with current market dynamics and strategic goals.
    • Provide analytical insights to refine financial planning processes.
  3. Transactional Process Oversight:
    • Oversee transactional FP&A activities to ensure standardization and efficiency across clusters.
    • Monitor revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Facilitate the transition to automated processes for enhanced operational efficiency.
  4. Advanced Financial Analysis:
    • Perform detailed financial analyses to identify growth opportunities and risks.
    • Partner with the Revenue Growth Manager to assess revenue drivers and pricing strategies.
    • Present data-driven recommendations to optimize financial outcomes.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between the FP&A Director, cluster leads, and Revenue Growth Manager.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
    • Support with ad-hoc analysis and projects as needed.
  6. Process Optimization:
    • Identify and implement best practices for reporting, data collection, and analysis.
    • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance operational workflows.
  7. Compliance & Risk Management:
    • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.
    • Monitor financial risks and recommend mitigation plans.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA or CPA/CFA / CA preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of FP&A experience in a multinational setting, with exposure to multi-market operations.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)., ERP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication for presenting complex financial data succinctly.
    • Proven ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix structure.
  • Detail Orientation: High accuracy in data analysis and report generation.

  • Occasional travel across Asia markets.
  • Flexibility for different time zones.
