One of our core ambitions is to drive marketing excellence to propel our brands to growth, securing delivery of growth objectives, as we accelerate SEA in the Sports Nutrition Category. The SEA Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the design needs for six Southeast Asia markets, ensuring brand consistency to bring the Optimum Nutrition brand to life in an impactful and compelling manner, tied to the brand guidelines and localised to meet the local consumer needs. 

 


Principal Accountabilities 

•    Work closely with regional and local marketing team to deliver designs that align with brand goals and messaging aligned to the brand look and feel
•    Support 360° campaign plans with impactful and compelling assets, designing, developing, and adapting all digital, trade, social media, and on-ground materials tailored for the SEA region, ensuring all visuals are on-brand and engaging. For all digital and social assets, ensure those are aligned with the Digital Marketing Manager. 
•    Consolidate and share regional assets from global teams in a structured and organised manner,  easy access for each market that can also be made available to external parties 
•    Support the ecommerce team on the adaptation of the ecommerce assets across the month tied to the double digital campaigns, BAU campaigns as well as month end campaign across all 6 markets 
•    Design key materials such as the Press Kit Box, Invitation letters, Press Materials, etc meant for our network of influencers, ambassadors and athletes 
•    Be the point of contact between the SEA Team and the global/ International Team, repurposing content where applicable and sharing available content 
•    Develop still and moving social media assets with a good mix of Inspire, Educate and Use content, leveraging content made available by the marketing team 
•    Edit/Retouch new photography for use in designs
•    Drive efficiency into the creative process by creating standardized templates, toolkits and guidelines that support how the ON brand comes to life across various touchpoints including and not limited to social media, GWPs, digital assets, point of sale and point of sweat materials and more 
•    Oversee brand consistency across digital platforms, including website, emails, social media, ecommerce channels and more 
•    Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and tools to drive continuous improvement in creative processes.
•    Support on the creation of production briefs for more complex shoots involving our network of athletes being heavily involved the process, and provided constructive feedback for the most impactful output 
•    Video editing would be a bonus, but not essential

•    Candidate will be starting from scratch and needs to be resourceful and willing to work in ambiguous situations, they should be ambitious and proactive in developing and growing that function for the SEA region

Skills you will bring to the team:
•    Bachelors/University degree or above in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or relevant field 
•    Good understanding of visual design principles and techniques, with familiarity in design tools such as adobe creative suite, including photoshop, illustrator, indesign, Figma. Additional skills in premiere pro and after-effects would be advantageous but not essential
•    Good creative presentation skills 
•    Problem solver with a strong passion and good creative eye 
•    Good communication skills in English 
•    Must be passionate about the sporting industry and fitness, wellness and health
•    Resourceful, proactive, energetic and passionate individual with a strong ambition to make a difference and create an impact
•    Strong networker and communicator 
•    Good planning and organisational skills to be able to meet the demands of a fast-paced organisation 
•    A portfolio showing previous work is heavily encouraged
