The Opportunity

We are seeking an eCommerce expert with in-depth understanding of D2C business and the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for the management and growth of our brands (Optimum Nutrition, BSN, Isopure, etc.) on D2C website 

•    Drive the overall business operations of the D2C website & achieve Sell-Outs / Sell-Thru
•    Conduct market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping to look into potential Direct to Consumer (DTC) opportunities
•    Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies
•    Creating promotional offers/ campaigns to drive customer acquisition
•    Directly work with our 3rd party fulfilment to ensure delivery of pre-aligned KPIs
•    Partner with internal marketing team to drive discoverability, content optimisation, catalogue enhancement 
•    Developing key growth initiatives and Customer Lifecycle Management plan for category to improve the retention, repeat, loyalty, rewards & bounce rates
•    Work with Supply Chain Operations to ensure availability and in-stock status of all items during the key selling season to reduce chargebacks, out-of-stocks, and lost sales opportunities
•    Lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPI's (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel ROAS targets, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, etc.)
•    Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing and a seamless customer experience online
•    Develop customer understanding trough customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase
•    Work closely with Marketing team to define the brand priorities and action plans
•    Ensure user experience of the website including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, branding/marketing, performance, checkout funnel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:   
•    Should have worked in a D2C company
•    Strong Analytical skills. Ability to run & interpret all Google Analytics tools. Working knowledge of GA
•    Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels
•    Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate his/her ideas/thoughts and drive support and alignment of key stakeholders
•    Passion to discover and strategize emerging trends & consumer behaviors
•    Effective collaboration and partnership skills with both internal and external stakeholders
•    Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
•    Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•    Ability to easily work across a culturally diverse group of people and markets. Embraces diversity and inclusion as a key value
•    Ability to quickly adapt, focus and deliver results in ambiguous and ever-changing situations


•    MBA from Tier I or Tier II Business schools
•    4+ years D2C experience specialising in consumer goods
