Role Profile

The Head of Organisation Effectiveness is responsible for driving and enhancing the overall health of the organisation, identifying opportunities to improve organisational design efficiency and effectiveness. This includes defining the organisation design strategy and driving strategic workforce planning for Tirlán in collaboration with leadership. The Head of OE will also lead the HR analytics agenda and will collaborate with the HRLT and HRBPs to understand workforce data (headcount, cost, attrition, productivity and engagement) to draw rich insights to inform future requirements and talent decisions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Enduring Org Effectiveness Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve organisational design efficiency and effectiveness (improved ways of working, improved decision making, increases opportunity for collaboration and performance) using benchmarking, leveraging the ecosystem and empowering people
  • Working with the key forum leaders to ensure that our forums are driving business decisions and outcomes
  • Design and implement processes to ensure the ongoing review of our org design effectiveness
  • Collaborate to define an org design strategy and strategic workforce planning approach
  • Lead the evolution to a best in class performance management approach in Tirlán
  • Support our HRBPs to drive the annual strategic workforce planning process for BUs and develop insights from workforce data to inform talent decisions
  • Manage the process by which we have the adequate resources required in the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the organisation to influence change
  • Lead the HR analytics agenda to ensure that the function draws rich insights from accurate data sources.
  • Lead the process to ensure that we have an effective job sizing structure across the organisation

 

Key Requirements

  • Seasoned HR/Business professional with experience leading large organisational change programmes
  • Experience of successfully driving org design effectiveness activities in a large company
  • Building change management capabilities within HR and the business
  • Deep understanding of analytics and the drivers of enhancing organisational health
  • Strong and proven financial acumen
  • Excellent ability to form trusting relationships
