Role Profile
Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partners, the Rewards Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Tirlán reward strategy. As a key enabler of our overall employee experience the Reward Manager will ensure that our approach to reward is competitive, cost effective, sustainable and in keeping with the broader objectives of our Tirlán People strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Evolve the Tirlán reward strategy in line with best practice and our emerging business and people strategies.
- Design and develop innovative reward programs and policies including review of fixed and variable pay schemes and their administration
- Research and guide on regulatory compliance (e.g. equal pay, gender pay gap reporting), leading practices / trends
- Manage the development and implementation of the Tirlán Job Evaluation Framework and its integration with our pay and benefits structure.
- Support the HR and Talent Acquisition team in the provision of job pricing recommendations
- Initiate the annual remuneration review cycle and process working closely HR
- Proactively manage relationships with HR leadership, Business Partners, Hiring Managers and other business customers to improve and implement rewards solutions and service delivery
- Provide insights from both internal and external sources to shape reward policy decisions at both hourly and salary level
- Engaging with Finance to prepare annual reward budget, articulate options related to bonus / performance based compensation, and oversee non-executive reward processes and tasks
- Contribute to the development of technologies, analytics tools, and methodologies to deliver the global reward process
Key Requirements
- Business or similar degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Deep understanding of leading practices, external trends, principles, and methods in global reward programs
- Strong and proven financial / business acumen and analytical abilities
- Planning, organization, problem solving and decision-making
- Influencing, partnering and developing productive relationships with internal stakeholders such as HR Business Partners
- HR Information Systems, e.g. Success Factors
