Role Profile
At Tirlán, our culture is rooted in a deep sense of our purpose and values and our people are central to bringing this to life in our performance and ways of working as an Organisation.  As a strategic Business Partner you will take a leadership role in driving a values based culture whilst partnering with key stakeholders to support them in delivering on their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Based in Abbey Quarter and Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, you will work collaboratively across the HR function, supporting and coaching Managers in building high performing teams, and delivering HR solutions to the business.  

 

Role Profile 
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team within Tirlán. This role is a member of the wider HRBP team within Tirlán with a clear purpose to be strategic business partners supporting the development of a diverse and inclusive culture where people can flourish, thus enabling our people and the Organisation to perform to the highest potential to deliver our Tirlán strategy. 

 

Responsibilities
•    Provide HR support to the business, working closely with employees and managers in HR programme delivery, policy interpretation and other HR-related topics.
•    Work across the business supporting people led organisational and cultural change. 
•    Work with business leaders to develop HR solutions that support the delivery of the business strategy.
•    Assess organisational and individual learning & capability needs and, work closely with Talent Management in sourcing solutions to support team development.
•    Business partner with key stakeholders to understand resourcing demands to ensure we have the right talent to deliver the goals of Tirlán
•    Work as part of the broader HRBP team to ensure alignment with HR strategy.
•    Utilise Employee Engagement Data to develop specific plans to positively impact employee engagement drivers.
•    Execute compensation planning in line with the overall compensation strategy.
•    Develop partnership relationships with union representatives and support managers in the delivery of the IR agenda.
•    Work to support Managers in executing best practice HR policies and procedures.
•    Work with Employee Communications to drive HR internal communications agenda.


Requirements
•    Deep & extensive understanding of HR and organisational/culture change.
•    Experience in operating within a unionised environment, and leading consultations and negotiations with Union Committees and Officials both in a local capacity and through the industrial relations machinery of the state.
•    Previous experience working in a fast - paced environment and/or significant & proven relevant experience in HR in a people facing role
•    Experience using both SAP and Success Factors systems will also be beneficial.
•    Experience in and ability to communicate, business partner and facilitate multiple areas of the business at the same time.
