This commercial executive role will work closely with our account managers in the channel supporting with setting up new lines with our customers, tracking our sales performance in the market and tracking monthly ordering.  This is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to enter the FMCG market and start building their capabilities in a B2B sales environment. There will be the scope to manage some of our sales accounts in the channel to stretch development including Alliance Healthcare, part of the Boots group.

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Assist with the setting up of new lines and listings within the channel.
  • Track performance and provide top line commentary on the drivers and drainers within our key accounts.
  • Work with NAMs to support them with day to day running of the account.
  • Build strong relationships internally with National Account Managers in the team and cross function departments.
  • Support NAMs on promotional plans with customer.
  • Update daily and weekly reports on channel performance vs targets.
  • Work with demand forecasting, finance, customer service to ensure both internal and external needs are met.

  • Good relationship builder, confident in building rapport with a wide range of new contacts.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
  • Able to collaborate across key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a focus on results.

  • High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics.

  • Experience with excel is desirable.
