Glanbia Performance Nutrition (a division of Glanbia) is a leading global performance nutrition business, with market leading brands such as Optimum Nutrition and BSN across over 60 markets worldwide. Globally the branded portfolio has grown to 9 brands in total. The newest addition to the portfolio is LevlUp, an energy drink, targeted towards gamers. LevlUp will be a new launch within the Oceanic region for 2023, with heavy marketing investment.

Reporting through to the Senior Marketing Manager, the LevlUp Brand Manager role has the broad responsibility for development and execution of all LevlUp communications across key brand touchpoints, managing paid media strategies, building relationships with influencers and industry leaders, sampling opportunities, collaborations, trade marketing and NPD. Additionally, the LevlUp Brand Manager will play a vital role in managing the brand and ensuring LevlUp shows up in authentic ways, reflecting consumer attitudes, beliefs, and stays on trend.

Working as an integral member of the marketing team, the LevlUp Brand Manager will work closely with the Graphic Design team, Digital Marketing Manager, and Talent Media Manager to execute the annual go to market plans, whilst also establishing themselves as the point contact for LevlUp within the Oceania organisation.

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Responsibility to drive brand activities including the day-to-day management of Creative, Streamers, Media, and Trade Marketing to ensure the highest standard of communication and timely execution across multiple platforms in line with 1 yr. brand plan and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Design Team to collaborate on the creation of streamer and branded creative, including organic content.  
  • Recruitment and management of streamers to ensure high quality brand mentions and all deliverables are meet inside contracts. 
  • Where required a degree of community management on platforms where consumer interaction is curated e.g., Discord.
  • Scheduling of organic content across various digital platforms where required.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to bring to life the agreed promotional program through specialty retailers both on and offline and help manage associated promotional calendars.  
  • Develop the in-store merchandising direction and ensure the commercial team have the required POS for best in class in-store presentation.
  • Work across online supplement stores and marketplaces to ensure best in class digital presentation in order to drive greater conversion.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure all content is provided to fulfil the agreed 2023 paid media strategies, and ensure learnings are captured and KPI’s are being met.  
  • Use tracking platforms to identify learning’s and opportunities for growth, as well as track brand and marketing performance.
  • Use tactics to stay close to the gaming community and continue reflect gamers values and attitudes through the brand language and creative output.
  • Build relationships and work collaboratively with LevlUp team members across Asia and Europe.  
  • Work on the launch of globally led NPD initiatives e.g., New Flavour Launches.
  • Assist in the management of the GWP and trade programs end-to-end to ensure the agreed tactical plans are successfully executed across the calendar year.
  • Seek opportunities for sampling, collaborations, PR, and abilities to unlock earned media.
  • Work with Senior Marketing Manager to craft 3 year longer term brand strategy.

  • An influential and collaborative interpersonal style which will see you build effective cross-functional stakeholder relationships.



  • Degree level qualifications in marketing and/or similar discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in brand management.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Experience with various digital media platforms (e.g., Twitch, Discord, Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok) including content scheduling.
