The Opportunity 
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join us on a fixed-term basis. 

 

Location: 

This opportunity can be based in our offices in Middlesbrough, UK or Dublin, Ireland with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model which allows you a greater choice in how you work and live, giving you a better work-life balance.


•    Reviewing any aged materials and managing stock levels.
•    Managing dispatches within the sales month and monitoring changes.
•    Updating customer specific systems and monitoring/challenging spends.
•    Keeping customers and sales team updated on any delays or challenges.
•    Reducing exposure of ingredients and materials for the business.
•    Aligning with the planning team for production dates.
•    Monitoring credits and updating KPIs.
•    Completing sales reports and managing risks.
•    Monitoring aged stock to reduce exposure.
•    Challenging chargebacks from customers.

  
 The Skills you will bring to the team
•    Proven track record of working in a Customer Service role (minimum 2 years’ experience).
•    Outstanding process skills, time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
•    Good knowledge of excel, other Microsoft packages, Business Objects and SAP.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Experience in working for an FMCG or related areas.
•    Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
•    Ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
