The role of the KAM is to develop the business across the major retailers whilst supporting in shaping the future strategy in order to fuel ambitious growth in France.  This is a compelling opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to grow their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future progression. With the support of the Commercial Manager this role is tasked with leading collaboration across multiple functions (sales, marketing, category, finance & supply chain) to ensure brand & channel objectives are met. This role is key to us achieving an our long-term ambition to become the leading Sports Nutrition company in France.

The opportunity where you will make an impact:

  • Full P&L responsibility for account portfolio.
  • Lead commercial relationships across customer base.
  • Support in management of other Key Channel Retailers.
  • Execute short and long-term strategies and activities consistent with GPN France objectives.
  • Leadership of annual customer negotiations, account planning and effective reporting.
  • Deep understanding of key customers, their strategy, and key objectives.
  • Ability to work closely with customer marketing to develop clear and implementable strategies for sales growth, through category leading visibility, promotion, and execution.
  • Support with category team to instil GPN as category captains within account base.
  • Represent GPN at customer events, forums, and other engagement opportunities.
  • Effective collaboration with demand planning, finance & customer service in line with internal processes


What you will bring to GPN:

  • Demonstrated commercial achievements within the FMCG/CPG space including proven relationships in key retailers.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively, but also think on your feet.
  • High energy & creativity.
  • Innovative and solution focused.
  • Experience working with FDM retailers in France. Example : Franprix, Monoprix, Carrefour etc.
