The Glanbia Digital+ Team are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead to join an established internal agency.

 

This team is dedicated to digital & creative innovation and excellence, working on some of the world’s best known brands across the Glanbia Group. Leading out key global digital projects and programmes and offering services including media buying & strategy, Social media Strategy, digital strategy creative design, , website development and UX.

 

 

 

Overview

This exciting opportunity for a performance Marketing Lead to manage  our successful team of performance marketing specialists. We create and activate digital strategies for Glanbia’s best known brands with a focus on the EMEA & US market.

 

This is a permanent position that will offer a hybrid working model, combining remote and onsite work in our Waterside Offices, Citywest, Dublin.

 

 

About the Glanbia Digital+ team

  • The Digital+ team are built to drive growth for Glanbia, we work with the brand teams to support them on Digital & creative strategy
  • Our media buyers develop digital media strategies to hit brand objectives and work closely with the Creative team to ensure that we have the right content for each platform
  • Creative concept and strategic direction are at the core of what we do, we put emphasis on finding the right concept to help direct every project to success
  • We build, manage and maintain large and small scale websites across the group from ecommerce to brochure ware
  • Our team of dedicated Account Managers develop strong relationships with the brand teams and manage each project from brief to completion
  • This flexible, empowered team weave together Enterprise Design Thinking, Lean, UX and Agile methodologies

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Key elements of the role

 

  • You will play a lead role in the formulation of our brand’s growth strategies through creating strategic media plans across the marketing funnel, focusing on Google Adwords, display, Video & CTV
  • You will lead and develop a team of 2 performance marketer’s to bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of brand KPIs
  • You will develop relationships with exec level Marketing leads across the business focusing on solving their business challenges through great digital marketing
  • You will determine the necessary pace of improvement in marketing performance across a wide range of targets, inclusive of setting appropriate milestones to be delivered
  • You will be an expert in all aspects of Google and programmatic advertising
  • You will understand how data from various channels can support the overall customer journey for each client account
  • You will work closely with the Social Media team ensuring strategies are working together to achieve targets
  • You will work with department heads to drive the direction of the future of our Google  and programmatic capabilities
  • You will be key to  winning new business and creating and presenting strategies as part of the pitch process
  • You will build relationships and work on business development
  • You will oversee the management and optimisation of  multiple Global campaigns across Google, mobile display, video, CTV, and audio

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

  • 3rd level qualification in Marketing /Digital Marketing or a related field or relevant experience

 

 

Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 10 years’ experience preferably in a fast paced agency setting
  • Experience leading successful performance marketing teams
  • Proven track record of success in performance marketing
  • Expert in developing media strategies, media buying, google advertising, products & analytics
  • International experience or experience working in a complex matrix organisation would be relevant and beneficial.
  • Experience with the TradeDesk would be beneficial
  • Experience in the US market would be an advantage
