Role Profile

We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join our Southeast Asia team based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The Commercial Administrator reports into the Regional Manager and will be accountable for coordinating & planning orders into the market & supporting the Technical team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of the annual sales targets
• Coordinate the planning and forecasting of Tirlán orders
• Track orders from Ireland to Southeast Asia markets
• Support the Technical team
• Collate local market information & report out monthly
• Build a relationship with local Distributor & end customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role related to the food industry
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Detail orientated
• Results driven
• Willingness to learn & develop
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese essential
