Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform and, as assigned, lead site Incident Investigations, facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow through on Corrective Actions in Intelex for all EHS Incidents.

- Lead completion and follow-up of site Risk Assessments (Equipment and Tasks) to identify potential hazards and drive improvement actions to mitigate risk.

- Develop site Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) Work Instructions and completion of annual Coach Observations for all Authorized employees

|
- Perform, in Intelex, scheduled site EHS Inspections to assess applicable program performance and create Corrective Actions for identified gaps.

- Coordinate shipments of Hazardous, Non-Hazardous Waste, and Recyclables including entry of shipment data into Intelex Waste Management Module

|
- Support development and completion of On-the-Job Training for new hires and when key program changes have occurred

- Support Security Manager with New Hire onboarding process (ID badge management, parking permits)

- Perform Respiratory Protection Fit Testing and clear employees for respirator use

- Active member of the site First Aid Team

Compensation for roles at Glanbia varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
Glanbia provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in IL. This range may not be applicable to other locations. The hourly rate for IL based employees for this role is $24.00
