The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious, organized, and results-oriented Brand Manager to support the Senior Brand Manager in driving the success of Optimum Nutrition, the world’s No. 1 Sports Nutrition brand, in the Benelux region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and visibility of a leading global brand while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
The Brand Manager will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, support brand-building initiatives, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of strategies. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong project management skills, a passion for sports and health, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL).
- Coordinate with creative agencies to develop brand assets, including advertising, packaging, and POS materials.
- Assist in managing the brand’s digital presence, ensuring consistency and alignment with global guidelines.
- Support the tracking and reporting of campaign performance and brand KPIs.
2. Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Assist in developing and maintaining the brand’s social media strategy, focusing on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Support the creation of content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, briefing, and monitoring performance.
3. Events and Activations
- Provide support in planning and executing brand events and activations across the Benelux region.
- Help in coordinating logistics for events, including venue selection, materials, and team involvement.
- Contribute to post-event reporting, including performance metrics and insights.
4. Budget Administration
- Assist in tracking the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation and expenditure.
- Support financial reporting, ensuring that campaigns and initiatives are delivered within budget.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, category, and trade marketing teams to ensure alignment on brand strategies and in-market execution.
- Liaise with external partners, including agencies and activation vendors, to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaigns.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
Key Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or brand role, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch proficiency is a plus).
