The role of the Key Account Manager is to work alongside and support thr eCommerce team to execute the commercial plan across the total eCommerce ecosystem. This is a compelling opportunity for a national account exec or business development executive to grow their career in an exciting category, with significant scope for future growth.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Support on Amazon account, working with AVS to ensure A+ Consumer experience on UK Site.
  • Managing UK Internet customer relationships, with full P&L responsibility.
  • Working with the UK Grocery and High Street term to help execute BIC digital principals on respective sites
  • Support on our UK D2C site with merchandising, promotional planning and ongoing forecasting.
  • This individual will work on the achievement of digital execution standards across eCommerce ecosystem as well as sales and EPOS growth on Amazon UK. 

 

  

The Skills you will bring to the team

 

  • Comfortable working autonomously and with large data sets.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets
  • Ability to overcome objections and close a sale there & then
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and personal organisation skills
  • The ability to build relationships quickly & effectively
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Interest in and knowledge of sports and performance nutrition
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Intermediate skills across Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Attention to detail
  • FMCG experience is an advantage but not essential
