Role Profile
We have a vacancy for a Team Lead (Fixed Term Contract) in the Kilkenny Food Company facility, Thomas St, in Kilkenny City.
This role be on a fixed-term basis of 6 months with the potential to be extended depending on performance and business need. Working as part of a team the successful candidate will be responsible  for supervising production on a shift basis, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities
•    Comply with food safety standards to ensure CCP are completed and adhered to in each work location.
•    Conform with Health and Safety rules and regulations.
•    Ensure good plant hygiene standards are maintained in the area you are working.
•    Documentation control where applicable.
•    Keep pace with production flow and contribute consistently to the team output.

Requirements
•    The ability to work as part of a team.
•    Good inter-personal and communication skills.
•    Experience working in a factory or food environment will be advantageous.
•    Manual Handling and forklift certification desirable.
